News in Review for Oct 25 to Oct 31 2010 (Halloween Special!)
This past week has been a busy one from Wizards of the Coast, with product excerpts being posted from two new upcoming releases: the Monster Vault and the second Essentials D&D players guide The Heroes of Forgotten Kingdoms. Both these products will hit the store next month, and WotC are sharing some fairly enticing excerpts. The D&D Podcast also debuted this week, not to mention a great encounter in D&D Alumni, featuring a 4E-interpretation from the famous old module, Against the Cult of the Reptile God!
There has also been some great coverage of D&D Organized Play from bloggers this week, including a report from Dungeon’s Master.com on D&D Encounters: Keep on the Borderlands (Week 6) and from Critical Hits.com with a Gamma Wild: “Gamma World” Game Day Report. If you did not get the chance to participate in these events, check them out to see what all was going on there!
So until next blog… I wish you Happy Gaming, as well as a safe and fun Halloween!
